When a person gets older, mental and psychological abilities decrease, but some small habits can be adopted the mind can be kept strong and energetic for a long period of time.

Neuroscientists, psychiatrists and doctors have mentioned various small habits, hobbies and procedures in the light of their extensive experiences. If they are adopted, the degeneration of the brain with age can be reduced and if it becomes a permanent habit, the brain can be kept healthy for a long time.

When you are free, solve word puzzles or if you have more time, spend time playing chess as it stimulates the brain to a great extent.

On the other hand, reducing the consumption of sweets and sugars in food and drinks helps prevent not only mental diseases but also many types of diseases. Also, give up smoking completely and prefer to drink coffee in the morning.

Doctors also say to understand the importance of sleep and get complete sleep, be active as much as possible and avoid sitting continuously. Spending time in open space and green space also has good effects on the mind and spirit, if hearing or vision is decreasing, pay attention to it and consult a good doctor.

Talk to people with kindness, participate in volunteer work and don't waste small pleasures. Experts believe that these small and positive habits are very good for the brain and practicing more of them is good for health in every way. It is beneficial.
