Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

Minimum Master’s degree (2nd Division) from an HEC-recognized university

Professional Experience:

At least 5 years of experience as a Principal or Senior Faculty Member
Preferably in a reputable residential institution
Prior experience as a Housemaster will be an added advantage

Required Skills:

Strong leadership and managerial capabilities
Deep understanding of boarding school administration
Ability to mentor and train teachers
Proficiency in English communication (mandatory)
Knowledge of Punjab’s education system
Expertise in managing operations like student affairs, staff performance, procurement, safety, sports, counselling, and audits
