Education Criteria for Males:-

M.Sc. in nursing, or an equivalent degree, from an accredited university, plus at least three years of experience working as a charge nurse; OR

1. a B.Sc. in Nursing post-registered nurse with at least four years' worth of hands-on experience working as a charge nurse; OR iii) a B.Sc. in Nursing generic with at least five years' worth of hands-on experience working as a charge nurse;

OR iv) Registered Nurse and Registered Midwife with at least five years of hands-on experience working as a Charge Nurse and a certificate in ward administration or an equivalent degree approved by Pakistan Nursing Council. v) A current registration with the Pakistan Nursing Council in addition to the aforementioned credentials.
4. NOTE: Practical experience from any government-run health institution shall be preferred. NOTE IMPORTANT: 1) Candidates who submitted an application to PNC for registration of their M.Sc.Nursing Post Registered Nurse or B.Sc. Nursing Generic or Diplomas on or before the closing date but; a) Registration Cards were issued after the closing date; or b) Registration cards have not been issued so far;
